GLUTEN FREE SHORT BREAD CHRISTMAS COOKIES WITH ROYAL ICING RECIPE






This is the same shortbread recipe I use all the time. You can see it in this post here.
Royal Icing Recipe:
1 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Milk or Water
2 Tsp Corn Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Mix ingredients until they are all well combined.  Add colour if you want. The liquid food colour may change the consistency of your Royal Icing batch.
The best food colour to use is the gel food colouring. I use the Wilton brand  but you can use any brand you prefer.
Add water or milk to get the consistency you prefer. This will change depending on the designs or patterns you are creating.
