GLUTEN FREE SHORTBREAD CHRISTMAS COOKIE RECIPE
It's that time of year when I'm most happy, Christmas time. I'm happiest because I get to see my parents, my best friend and her kids and my nephew. It's also special because I'm back in my hometown Toronto, and I get to see old familiar faces that I grew up around. But my absolute favourite thing to do is cook and bake!
I made these gluten free short bread Christmas cookies and they turned out great! It's a real simple quick and easy recipe. But I'm very specific about the flour I used. Feel free to try this recipe, I guarantee it'll be easy for first time gluten free bakers and veteran bakers. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones!
INGREDIENTS
1 3/4All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Tsp Vanilla
Mix Sugar Butter and Vanilla first. Then add flour and cornstarch. Place parchment paper over cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
