GLUTEN FREE OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE RECIPE

1 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour
3/4 Cup Oats (Certified Gluten Free)
3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp All Spice (Yes all spice)
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup Raisins
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Mix the wet ingredients together. Mix all the dry ingredients together except for the oats and raisins. Once they're well mixed add the oats. Then mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Mix well and then add the raisins.
Use a tablespoon to scoop. Place the cookie dough as evenly placed as possible. The will spread as they cook. I recommend using parchment paper on your cookie sheet. You'll thank me later.
Pre heat oven.Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes
