GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY LEMON MUFFINS
DRY INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
3/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
WET INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Butter or Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
PREPARARION
Mix
the wet ingredients first. Then gradually add the dry ingredients to
the mixture. Mix everything until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
Bake at 350 F for 20 - 25 minutes.
