GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY BANANA MUFFINS









RECIPE


DRY INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
3/4 Tsp Cinnamon



WET INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Overripe Bananas
1 1/4  Cup Fresh Blueberries
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Olive Oil (or Vegetable Oil)

Bake at 350 F for 20 - 25 minutes. Use tooth pick to check the centre of the muffins to see if they are ready. Share with your friends and family.
