GLUTEN FREE OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP & CRANBERRY COOKIES




DRY INGREDIENTS

3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
1/4  Cup Almond Flour
 ( For allergies substitute Almond and Coconut flour with any wheat free flour of your choice)

3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Oats

3/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


WET INGREDIENTS

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
2/3 Cup Butter (softened)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond flour, gluten free flour mix. Set the dried cranberries and chocolates chips until later.

2. Mix wet ingredients. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Add eggs. Then combine dry and wet ingredients together.

3. Add chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Combine and spoon onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins.
