EASY GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE RECIPE


I've tried several types of Gluten Free flours for pancakes but this flour gives a consistent pancake even if I modify the portions a little. This flour is definitely a go to for pancakes. I hope you have fun making these pancakes.



INGREDIENTS
1/2  Cup GF Flour (I used Robin Hood)
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg
2 Tsp Vanilla
2/3 Cup Milk


*This recipe makes about six medium (saucer size) pancakes.



Mix Flour salt and baking powder together. Add egg, olive oil, vanilla and Milk. Mix until tiny bubbles appear in batter. Scoop three Tablespoons (this gives you medium size pancakes) onto frying pan at medium heat.
Feel free to add berries, bananas, chocolate chips or leave them plain.
