COCO & CAKES: GLUTEN FREE GOODIES

I'm back to doing one of the things I live most--baking. I'm happiest in the kitchen there I can be creative and make delicious food for my favourite people. I'm back to being the gluten free cupcake lady in town. I love working with different gluten free flours to come up with the perfect cake or cupcake. A lot of businesses offer gluten free selection but they can't always guarantee one hundred percent gluten free options. I take the guessing out of the equation for people who are gluten sensitive or have celiac disease. All my banking is completely gluten free. So you can have your cake (or cupcake) and eat it too!
