GLUTEN FREE SHORTBREAD CHRISTMAS COOKIES WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE AND SPRINKLES
This is the same gluten free recipe I have been using for a while. It's pretty simple and I get the same results every time I make them. I wanted to try something different so this time I used white chocolate and added sprinkles. They tasted really great so I figured I would share. All the ingredients I used were from Bulk Barn. These have become a staple every Christmas.
GLUTEN FREE SHORTBREAD RECIPE
1 3/4All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter
2 Tsp Vanilla
Mix Sugar Butter and Vanilla first.
Then add flour and cornstarch. Place parchment paper over cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17minutes.
